Rod Smith | General Manager
Rod was appointed General Manager in 2004 coming from a project management background in the commercial construction industry specialising in large multistory commercial developments in the CBD. Trade qualified as an A grade Electrician, Rod also holds a Commerce Degree from Curtin University with majors in Taxation and Commercial Law. |

Laurie Quintiliani | Projects Manager
Laurie served his apprenticeship working throughout the Goldfields and Northwest WA on mining and associated projects. Upon qualifying, apart from a brief period working in switchboard and MCC construction he continued to work in the industrial sector for various companies as leading hand, foreman and later project supervisor. Laurie now manages the estimating and project management functions within Peak. He has extensive experience with design and construct projects and has been involved in the project delivery of Red Hill Quarry, Joe White Maltings, Jandakot Wool Washers and more recently BGC Blokpave, BCG Fibre Cement and BGC Cement’s Klinker grinding and storage facility in Kwinana. |

Pat Spalding | Contracts Manager
Pat is a licensed A grade electrician and the nominee for the company’s contracting licence. Pat holds qualifications in electronics, PLC programming and other trade related fields as well as a Diploma in Accounting. Prior to joining Peak in 2002, Pat held various senior management positions in the electrical contracting industry where he has specialized in process control of crushing and mining equipment. Previous project experience includes design and construct projects with PLC control system design, programming and installation for plants in Australia and overseas. Pat provides technical support internally as well as tendering and project management, PLC and electrical systems design. |

Mark Leaker | Senior Site Supervisor
Mark has twenty years experience in working and managing electrical construction projects in the industrial and mining sector. Having worked extensively as both an electrician and electrical supervisor throughout the Northwest of WA, Mark is familiar with most types of mining and industrial plants and infrastructure in terms of both the electrical installation and control systems, including PLC and automated installations. As the senior site supervisor Mark also is the lead commissioning electrician on all Peak projects coordinating and supervising from our Perth office or on site personally directing the work.

Brian A Cooper | Director
Brian has been involved in electrical contracting for 52 years and has progressed from working as a tradesman in the field to estimator, contracts manager and in 1974 founding Westwide Electrical Services. Westwide grew to become at the time one of the major electrical contractors in Perth and Brian disposed of his interest in the company in 1990.
Over the intervening period Brian has pursued various other interests in business and local Government and is the former Mayor of Wanneroo. He has been active in several industry groups and is a life member of the Electrical Contractors Association of which he is a
past treasurer.
Brian is principally involved with the accounts, corporate governance and compliance issues for Peak Electrical and maintains an office at the company premises.
Terrance E Smith MIE Aust CP Eng | Engineering Director
Terry Smith has progressed his career of 45 years in the electrical contracting industry starting as a tradesman qualifying in 1965 and pursuing further study at the Western Australian Institute of Technology (now Curtin University) to qualify as an Electrical Engineer in 1974
In 1965 he co-founded Everett Smith & Co which is today counted amongst the largest commercial electrical contractors in WA and where he holds the position of Managing Director. Terry also holds several directorships for other companies and has business interests in land development and mining.
Terry is the principal engineer for Peak Industrial Electrical and oversees the engineering and design activities of the company.
